WIN A LUXURY WEEKEND IN NEWCASTLE GATESHEAD

One lucky couple have the chance of winning an all expenses-paid luxury weekend  in NewcastleGateshead courtesy of William Leech 55+, a subsidiary of leading housebuilder Persimmon Homes which builds homes for the more mature market.

The competition, exclusively for people aged 55 and over, has been launched to celebrate the opening of the first William Leech 55+ development in Gateshead, St James’ Court at St James’ Village. 

Over the weekend of Friday 3rd – Sunday 5th November 2006, the lucky  winner plus guest, will sample some of the region’s finest cuisines including dinner and drinks at locations including La Riviera restaurant on the Gateshead Quays and the Hilton Hotel. 

Entertainment will come in the form of two free tickets to see the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra at The Sage Gateshead, a visit to the impressive BALTIC art gallery and two seats to watch Newcastle V Sheffield United at St James’ Park. 

In first class surroundings, the winners will be given their own apartment to live in at St James’ Court and catered facilities will include complimentary servings of breakfast. A gift box from online gift-store Roses are Red, which includes long-stemmed roses, chocolates and bath oils will also be presented upon arrival and, all travel expenses over the weekend will be included in the prize.
