A better way to build

On the outside, your Superwarm home will feature the familiar, elegant design of a William Leech 55+ home, using traditional materials such as brick, stone or render. Your property will be durable and finished to an exceptional standard. And underneath, the hi-tech backbone creates new levels of efficiency and building rigidity.

More energy efficient

High performance insulation is built into the structural walls of your Superwarm home. This delivers standards of thermal efficiency beyond government targets. The improved build precision of Superwarm, together with high quality windows and doors means lower energy consumption and fewer draughts.

A typical Superwarm home has a government SAP* rating of between 84 and 96, compared with 74 on standard new homes and 42 for older properties.

A better environment

Superwarm creates a better place to live. Lower consumption of heating fuels and transport helps reduce C02 emissions, while the use of sustainable, recyclable materials creates less impact on the wider environment.

The rapid assembly of a secure shell creates safer conditions for the remainder of the build. Fewer materials and a faster process make it safer for site visitors. And modern construction and factory components mean reduced consumption of natural resources.
