You will receive a regular call to keep you informed of the progress of your new home and to check on the sales situation. Finishing touches:

For those purchasers who wish to further personalise their new home, an exciting range of options are available to purchase from our finishing touches range. Our experienced sales team is on hand to guide you through the choices available, which are subject to stage of build.

Quality assured:

A comprehensive 24 point first fix inspection will be carried out by our site manager and a senior member of our construction department. This includes a check on foundations, plumbing, wiring, blockwork and cavities. You will be given a Quality Assured certificate signed by a senior member of our construction team when you have completed the purchase of your new home.

New home demonstration:

A member of our team will demonstrate your new home including the fixtures, fittings, systems and appliances before you move in.
