It lets you reserve your ideal home, relax and wait for the move to happen, while the sale is taken care of.
How it works...
- Choose your new William Leech 55+ home*
- Secure your plot for seven days with a £250 reservation fee
- Within this period we will arrange two free valuations of your current home by independent estate agents.
- We will market your current property at 100% of the average of these two valuations.
- Once agreed, we will secure your plot for a further five weeks.
- William Leech 55+ and our chosen estate agents will then market your property. We will pay estate agents fees and advertising costs during this period.
- We guarantee to consider making up the difference between a lower offer and the agreed sale price in order to enable the purchase to proceed.
- Once a sale is agreed and a proceedable offer accepted a further £250 reservation fee is then required.
- If no sale is agreed in five weeks William Leech 55+ will refund in full your £250 reservation fee.
- On legal completion of the William Leech 55+ home, all estate agent fees will be paid by William Leech 55+.
